"Wonders Of Yunnan" provide "Private Tours" all over Yunnan.

You (maybe yourself only, or with your spouse or lover, or with your family, or with your friends) will have an English (or other languages like German, French, Japanese, etc.) speaking licensed tour guide, a private vehicle (with size in accordance with the group) and a licensed driver. The guide, driver and vehicle will be at your service during the whole trip organized by "Wonders Of Yunnan".

You can choose your favorable one in all of our tours, or we can design your own Yunnan tour for you according to your request and budget.  

Booking Procedures 

Kind Note:

A. Once your inquiry or tailor-made request is well received, our professional travel consultant will reply you within 1 business day.

B. After you make the confirmation to book the tour, deposit or full payment are requested.

C. At the time you pay for the deposit or full payment, please provide us the full name, passport number, gender and nationality of each passenger. Please confirm your offered passport names and passport numbers are EXACTLY THE SAME AS SHOWN ON YOUR PASSPORTS, if there is mistake in spelling or numbers, flight check in will be refused, and you have to re-purchase tickets in the airport.

D. You will get a final confirmation letter via email or fax from us after your deposit or payment is received. Print out this final confirmation letter as your voucher and take it with you when you travel. Your travel arrangement will match our final confirmation letter.

E. We usually leave the international flights to your own arrangement because there are plenty websites where you can find good deals to fit your traveling schedule. So while consulting us for a perfect itinerary, please try to book the international flights and tell us your flight information (flight number, arrival time).

Cancellation Procedures

We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip to China, however we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen. In the event of cancellation we will refund any payment made to "Wonders of Yunnan" (less any cancellation fee that is applicable) within 15 days of our receipt of your written cancellation request.

The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:
1. Cancellation received more than 30 days before departure: 10% of the total tour price.
2. Cancellation received from 15 to 30 days before departure: 20% of the total tour price.
3. Cancellation received from 8 to 14 days before departure: 30% of the total tour price.
4. Cancellation received from 4 to 7 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price.
5. Cancellation received from 0 to 3 days before departure: 100% of the total tour price.
6. No-show travelers will be charged 100% of the total tour price.

Besides the cancellation fee from wondersofyunnan.com, penalties from Airlines or Train Companies apply if air or train tickets are issued.

If the party wishes to substitute a traveler for another traveler, this will be treated as a cancellation and the previous fees are subject to apply.

Once the trip has started, "Wonders Of Yunnan" is no longer able to provide any refunds to the party for any reason.

Paypal is the easiest method for "Wonders Of Yunnan" to use to refund your travel fees and if you need to be refunded, provide "Wonders Of Yunnan" with your Paypal email and we will set up the process to transfer refunds to your account. If you do not have a Paypal account, it is very easy for you to register for one. Just go to the official site of Paypal at www.paypal.com.

Alteration of Itinerary - Alterations to your itinerary before the booking are happily processed free of charge. Alterations after payment of the deposit will attract a fee of $25.00 per request. All expenses incurred by "Wonders Of Yunnan" in alteration of the booking are the responsibility of the customer. This includes all fees and charges levied by third parties such as airlines and hotels.
