1. Job Position: English-speaking Tour Guide (urgent!)

The important role played for the development of tourism is of tour guide. The responsibilities and tasks of the job of the tour guide are challenging. The job of the tour guide is to assist tourists and guide them through the various tourist places and other places of interest located in and around the area. The job also requires the tour guide to know about the historical importance and other interesting aspects of the tourist spots so as to tell the tourists. This is a part time job.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accompanying the tourists to the tourist spots and guiding them in their touring;
- Knowing the important historic events associated with the tourist spots;
- Conveying and informing the tourists about the information on the tourist places;
- Assisting and coordinating between the tourists during the touring of the places.
- Taking care of the medical and food needs of the tourists;
- Protecting the tourists in all aspects during the period of touring:

Requirements:
- English-speaking tour guide license which has been proved by CNTA;
- Prior work experience in tourism industry for at least 2 years;
- Strong oral and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese;
- Knowledge of other foreign languages is an added advantage;
- Strong customer service minded;
- Detail-minded, innovative and self-initiated;
- Good monitoring and time management skills;
- Willing to travel throughout China if necessary:

2. Job Position: Travel Consultant

A travel consultant is a person who provides information, advice and dealing with all elements that are related with travelling. You are responsible to have direct contact with our clients and make all the vacation arrangements for them, such as accommodations, transfers, drivers, tour guides, train tickets, flight tickets, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- To provide information about the best destinations to the clients;
- To make travel plans according to the requirments and wishes of the clients;
- To arrangement the tours for the clients;
- To maintain record of transactions;
- To collect payments from the clients;
- To organize promotional materials for the company;
- Addressing any complaints that could arise from the clients;

Requirements:
- Be able to work individually and as a team:
- Enjoys travel and people, have good personal presentation:
- Be knowledgeable of different destination places in Yunnan:
- Able to work under pressure;
- Prior work experience in tourism industry for at least 2 years;
- Strong oral and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese;
- Good computer skills – Microsoft Office, Chinese Word Processing and some IT technical knowledge;
- Customer service minded, detail-minded and well-organized;
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Executive Assistant;
